Situated 4 kilometres south west of Sydney CBD and on behalf of our clients AHO, this project was completed in 2023. The development is located in a heritage conservation area with the building originally built in the late 1800's. The original cottage was built as a double story 3 bedroom home. Works on the approvals for the property began in 2020, with construction commencing in mid 2022. The outcome is an additional structure built to the rear of the original dwelling with major alterations to the existing cottage. The building now housing 2 individual units built under a Class 2 title.
